On a silver shield a red Lorraine cross surmounted by a dark blue leopard with silver spots; a dark blue scroll with motto: LABOR CONQUERS ALL THINGS in silver. (29x28mm) No hallmark (Wallbank Co); CITCO (Sterling).

Authorized 12 July 1941 without cross, cross added 3 Oct 1941, samples approved 3 Nov 1942, rescinded 28 Jan 1959.

The 366th Infantry Regimental Shield was designed by Lt. James W. Jones while they were stationed at Ft. Devens, MA.
