WiZ WORX Shareware

If you're a download junkie who never gets around to installing and using stuff, you should just go away … now … please. Since you're still reading, then PRINT THIS PAGE AND SAVE IT to use as a checklist. We assume that you've done this before, but if you're a newbie, it should still be Relatively Painless. :-)

These are shareware programs: if you continue to use them after a 30 day evaluation period, you must pay for them. Failure to do so may result in criminal prosecution under the copyright laws of the United States of America. (If you are offended by that concept, then please leave this site immediately … I'm running a business, not a charity, and I expect compensation for the use of my intellectual property.)

You have two choices: IGESPEEK™, the premier IGES Browseer, or WIZSHARE.EXE, which contains all of the tools except IGESDRAW™, which is only provided after the registration fee has been received. If you plan to grab the second (fuller) package, then DO NOT grab the first one because it is contained in the second.

The registration fee for IGESPEEK™ is fifty dollars ($50.00), and it can only be used on one computer at a time (just like a book). To download the current shareware version of IGESPEEK™, you must click the following URLs:

• readme.txt (4K) Text file with installation instructions.
• igsp101.exe (262K) This is the self-extracting (SFX) PKzip® archive for IGESPEEK™ Version 10.1

The registration fee for the WiZ WORX IGES Utilities (the full suite) is five hundred dollars ($500.00), and you may uses copies on multiple machines at the same time. (NOTE: only registered users have access to IGESDRAW™, but a freeware copy of IGESGUMP™ is included in the shareware archive you are about to obtain.) To download shareware versions of the WiZ WORX IGES Utilities (WIZTOOLZ), you must click the following URLs:

• readme.txt (10K) Yer basic README.1ST file (duh!)
• wiztoolz.zip (3,361K) This is a PKzip® archive containing:
  • subdirectories for binary executables an documentation
  • the IGES sample files in a Pkzip® archive that creates a subdirectory tree for categories of files (CALS, 2D only, Engineering Drawing AP, etc.) Note: You must extract these files from the archive yourself.
